UIC'S SIXTH ANNUAL RADIO CAREER DAY

WHAT: Representatives of Chicago's 25 leading radio stations will be on campus for UIC's Sixth Annual Radio Career Day, sponsored by the UIC Office of Career Services and the Radio Broadcasters of Chicagoland. Anyone interested in radio broadcasting careers is invited to attend.

WHEN: Wednesday, March 1 Noon - 6:30 p.m.

WHERE: University of Illinois at Chicago Chicago Circle Center, Illinois Room 750 S. Halsted St.

DETAILS: Radio stations at the fair are offering a wide variety of career opportunities including internships, on-air programming, sales and marketing, engineering and administrative support. Participants include: ABC Radio Network/Disney, Big City Radio, Bonneville, CBS/Infinity, Emmis, Heftel, Interep Radio Store, Katz Radio Group, Northern Illinois Broadcasting, Radio Advertising Bureau, Shadow Broadcast Services, Spanish Broadcasting System, and Tribune Broadcasting.

Attendees are requested to dress professionally and bring resumes. The event is free and open to the general public.
