UIC QUIZ SHOW TESTS STUDENTS' MENTAL MUSCLE
WHAT:
Join Steve Edwards, host of WBEZ's 848 show, as he moderates this year's annual UIContest, a general knowledge quiz show sponsored by UIC for area high school students and their parents to show off their mental muscle.

DETAILS:
More than 25 teams of six participate in this event, which is the culmination of a five-week lecture series. Latin School won last year's contest.
Also announced will be the winner of this year's poetry contest. Prizes include cash awards, named internships and scholarships, and souvenirs.
The free event is open to the public. Free parking is available in the lot on Halsted Street across from the Chicago Circle Center.
