FORMER PREEMIE PATIENTS CELEBRATE HALLOWEEN AT UIC

WHAT:

"Halloween Happiness," the 2001 reunion of neonatal intensive care graduates, will include games, clowns and music to entertain children previously cared for at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center.

The Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery at UIC Medical Center has provided intensive care services to ill newborns since the early 1960s. As one of the first neonatal intensive care nurseries in the country, it provides comprehensive health care that includes the latest in the technological, medical and pharmacological advances for acutely ill newborns.

WHO:

More than 250 people, including 55 graduates of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and their families, nurses, physicians and hospital staff will attend the celebration.
