PSYCHIATRY GRAND ROUNDS: COPING WITH TERRORISM

WHO: A panel of UIC psychiatrists and behavioral scientists

WHEN: TODAY (Wed.) 1 - 2 p.m.

WHERE: UIC College of Medicine, Auditorium Room 106, 1853 W. Polk St.

DETAILS: "Since our scheduled speaker cannot fly in today to deliver grand rounds, the department of psychiatry is putting together a panel of internal speakers to discuss psychological effects of terrorism, how to cope with yesterday's tragedies, and how best to help our children and others cope with these events," said Joseph Flaherty, professor and head of psychiatry, in an e-mail to the campus community.

Media and the public are invited to attend. The room holds 250 to 300 people.
